USN wanted us to create a new global, multi language and e-commerce facing site to improve their online presence as part of a global re-brand. They has already provided user research but wanted use to work up prototypes and then do user testing to continually improve the shopping flow.
The chosen approach would also have to would along side their offline softwares and warehouses.
Months of refinements when it this project, worked closely with the client and select user testing groups to refine the shopping experience to make it as simple to use as possible. We updated the design to be clean and easy to understand with large call to actions so the user can not miss whats important.
