While I was at LHM, Menzies Hotels approached them, as part of a multi-million pound re-brand they wanted a complete re-build of their website to breathe new life into their online presence. They also asked us to help improve online booking conversion and ensure the site was fully accessible to mobile users.
Taking a completely new approach to the site architecture, we started from scratch and applied Menzies Hotels’ new brand identity throughout, taking full advantage of the group’s stock of fabulous location photography. The user journey was fully audited at every stage to ensure conversion was the number one consideration throughout the site build and development.
We also created and launched a device specific website for mobile users. The adaptive site features a condensed site map to cater for much shorter dwell times on mobile devices – with all content focused tightly on encouraging click-throughs to Menzies Hotels’ third party booking engine.
